Work Outlook : Work continues to be great  in our area. Bp is on schedule for all major TARs this year. Mostly consisting of the DDU, SRU,12PS,and Coker. We can start to expect some manpower increases on some of these projects this summer and late fall.  Along the Lakefront Cleveland Cliffs and USS continue to do scheduled maintenance and small shutdowns and mostly capital work. Right now, maintenance work and small capital projects continue at Cargill. Huhtamaki has plans for a second state-of-the-art production line this summer and is in the process of working some overtime right now. School work has increased locally with remodels and upgrades going on now that school  is out for the summer. Community Hospitals' new Cancer Center in Crown Point is now just starting to come out of the ground with a lot of work expected on that project. Commercial work, including restaurants, hotels, and new buildings, continue to be built locally and provide great job opportunities.
