Februrary 6, 2012 Overall, The commercial sectors remain slow. The Steel Industry is moderate. Steel orders are down reducing the maintenance projects. The BP refinery's SRC and COKER projects are underway and are close to being manned up. At this time, it is difficult to predict if there will be many more permanent calls through winter. We experienced more referrals in January than was anticipated. This may impact how many people will be needed in the spring. .
